2024 TIMETABLE

It has been a while but we can now get back to Sunbury West P.S 🎉

This is our timetable for term 1 2024. Please check over as many classes have changed as a result of Sunbury West being available again.

THURSDAY TAI CHI CLASS CHANGE

We have also been able to secure a room at the Sunbury Neighbourhood House for our Thursday 11:00am to 12:00pm class. The address is 531 Elizabeth Drive (just up the hill from Sunbury West P.S) and we will have a lovely, spacious, air conditioned/heated room for all our tai chi students 😁

EXTENDED ADULT KARATE CLASSES

We invite all of our adult karate students to join us for extended classes. Term 1 dates for these longer classes are on Saturday 3rd February, 24th February and 16th March from 11:00am to 1:00pm. These longer sessions allow us to continue our fun and explore various aspects of karate in more detail, and really get our sweat on!!😁💗

All of us at Circles of Willow would like to wish everyone health, abundance, and peace in 2024. As the year draws to a close to is a powerful time for self-reflection and firm resolution. We support small and simple changes.

We wish to thank Wellbeing Martial Arts for their ongoing support of our work with women.

In 2024 we shall continue our Women’s Circles beginning on 31/01/2024 at 7.00 p.m. Our first topic is an exploration of ‘soulfulness’ and how we can incorporate this way of being into our everyday lives.

TRIAL TAI CHI CLASSES

We are currently offering 2 free trial lessons for new tai chi students on Tuesday evenings (7.30pm-8:30pm) if you would like to give it a go. Classes are at SUNBURY WEST PRIMARY SCHOOL GYM which has plenty of room for tai chi and weaponry. Please let Bree or Geoff know if you or someone you know would like to try, no experience needed. If you or someone you know is interested in a self defence course, we are able to run a program for individuals or small groups. These introductory sessions are practical and introduce basic releases and defence techniques. - TERM 1 2024 BEGINS - Tuesday 30th January. First classes for the day are at Kismet P.S, karate kids beginning at 3:30pm followed by karate juniors at 4:30pm. We then move back to Sunbury West Primary school for our evening classes of junior karate at 6:30pm and Tai Chi at 7:30pm.

- WEAPONRY - Saturday 10th February 1:00pm to 2:00pm. All karate and tai chi students welcome. Sunbury West P.S
