Our Program

Wellbeing Martial Arts designed an online learning portal to suit students at each age and level. This material is available to current students as part of their annual membership fee. A password is required to access the portal and this will be sent when you sign up or after each grading.

some Safety Requirements

  • Please be aware that you are participating at your own risk.

  • Practice in a suitable environment, including a non-slip floor space and remove any potential obstructions in the vicinity.

  • Avoid using our online training material if you have or suspect you have any current health concerns, injuries, aches or pains that could be made worse through exercise.

  • Avoid the use of blades, weapons or sharp instruments on any description.

  • Avoid physical contact with other participants and where appropriate, adhere to physical distancing guidelines.

    Suggestions

  • For karate - put on your uniform and belt, remove your shoes and get in the mindset to train.

  • For Tai Chi - wear suitable clothing and footwear

  • Have a drink bottle on hand for breaks.
